1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Weizhen Recruiters ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our services, including employers seeking to hire and candidates seeking employment opportunities.

2. Our Services

Weizhen Recruiters provides recruitment and talent acquisition services, including:

• Executive search and senior leadership recruitment
• Specialist and technical role recruitment
• Talent pipeline development
• Employer branding consultation

We act as an intermediary between employers and candidates. We do not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or hiring success for employers.

3. For Employers

Engagement and Fees

Service fees, payment terms, and specific engagement conditions will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided before services commence. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms specified in that agreement.

Candidate Information

You agree to use candidate information provided by us solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for employment. You will not share candidate information with third parties without our prior written consent.

Direct Hiring

If you hire a candidate introduced by Weizhen Recruiters within 12 months of the introduction, whether directly or through another agency, our standard placement fee will apply.

Guarantee Period

We offer a replacement guarantee for placed candidates as specified in your service agreement. This typically ranges from 30 to 90 days depending on the role level.

4. For Candidates

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your CV, applications, and communications with us. Misrepresentation may result in withdrawal from consideration for opportunities.

Consent to Share Information

We will only share your information with potential employers with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your candidacy from any opportunity at any time.

No Fees to Candidates

Weizhen Recruiters does not charge candidates any fees for our recruitment services. All our fees are paid by employers.

No Employment Guarantee

Registration with Weizhen Recruiters does not guarantee job placement. We will make reasonable efforts to match you with suitable opportunities but cannot guarantee outcomes.

5. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Collect information about other users without consent
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Weizhen Recruiters and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes candidate information, employer requirements, and commercial terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weizhen Recruiters shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of candidates or employers
• Employment decisions made by employers
• Candidate performance after placement

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weizhen Recruiters, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations that have already accrued, including payment for services rendered and confidentiality obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
